The space

Spacious, luxurious cottage with wonderfully large light admissions for 10+2 beds.

This cottage on 1 & 1/2 levels has double ceiling height over the combined and continuous kitchen/living room and offers large social areas for the whole party.

Hall/Entrance: Large and spacious hall for the whole party directly connected to the main entrance with access to a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Kitchen: Large and spacious kitchen with fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave.

The kitchen also has a large kitchen island as a workspace, which makes cooking a pleasure in the company of good friends, where everyone has a place.

Directly adjacent to the kitchen you will find the dining area with room for 8 people and space for expanding the number of seats.

Living room: Open plan together with the kitchen. There is a large and spacious sofa and an armchair in front of the wood stove and TV.

Bathroom: Upstairs there is 1 large bathroom with shower and toilet.

Sauna/relaxation: Wall to wall with the bathroom you will find the sauna and the relaxation area. Here, a lazy moment is enjoyed with pleasure after a nice day outdoors.

Toilet: In the hall downstairs there is another 1st toilet.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 - downstairs

Bedroom 1: Has 2 single beds. Both are 90 cm wide.

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed where the upper shelf is 80 cm wide and the lower shelf 120 cm wide. A total of 3 people can be accommodated in the bed.

Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 – upstairs

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed where the upper shelf is 80 cm wide and the lower shelf 120 cm wide. A total of 3 people can be accommodated in the bed.

Bedroom 4: Here you will find a large double bed with room for 2 people. The bed is 180 cm wide.

Bedroom 5/office/living room: Here there is space for a lovely hang in front of the TV on the sofa, work at the office or as an additional bedroom as the sofa is also a sofa bed with room for 2 people. The sofa bed is 130 cm wide.

Balcony: A well-sized balcony with plenty of seating is offered along the entire front of the house.

The balcony is accessed either directly from the outside or through the kitchen's balcony door.

Access to a grill is available for those who want something grilled for dinner. Nice, sunny winter days are rightfully spent here with the big company.

Parking: Large areas at the back of the cottage are available for parking several cars.
