Booking request departure cleaning

You can easily and conveniently submit a request to book departure cleaning with us at Lofsdalen Home via the form below. The price for departure cleaning is based on, among other things, the size and number of beds in the property where the desired service is to be delivered.

You will receive the exact price after submitting your request. You have the opportunity to use your right for tax deduction when booking cleaning services with us, provided that you are a Swedish citizen and pay tax in Sweden. In this case, the amount of the departure cleaning is reduced by 50% and we apply for the deduction directly with the Swedish Tax Agency.
All prices are presented after tax deduction if your personal identification number has been provided in your booking request.

Please note that this is only a booking request for departure cleaning. The booking is not confirmed until you have received a final confirmation along with a payment link and completed your payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that the confirmation you receive from us after submitting the request contains the price for the desired service.
Our own tenants and landlords always have priority in the ranking of orders, thereafter orders are prioritized based on when payment for the placed and confirmed order has been received.
We reserve the right for overbooking, which may lead to cancellation based on the order specified above.

Departure with booked cleaning must take place no later than 9:00 am on the day of departure.

You have the option to cancel your confirmed order. Such cancellation must be received by us no later than 72 hours before the service is to be performed. You will then receive a full refund of your advance payment.
If a cancellation is received with less than 72 hours left until the service is to be performed, you will not receive a refund.
The stated time for delivery is always based on the time of the latest check-out for booked cleaning.
