Checklist before departure

When departure cleaning is ordered, you as the customer carry out the following seven points before departure. If this is not done when the cleaning staff arrives, they will do it, a job that will be charged to you as the customer afterwards without RUT deduction.

  1. Wash and empty dishwasher and dishwasher filter/strainer and put back in place.
  2. Empty the fridge/freezer and pantry of your food and clean. Leave the fridge/freezer on.
  3. Wipe out the cupboard under the sink and dispose of rubbish in the designated place.
  4. Empty and clean the wood stove incl. glass shutters (not with the vacuum cleaner).
  5. Empty the ash bucket in the designated place and put it back by the wood stove.
  6. Pick out any rented bed linen set and leave inside the front door.
  7. Wipe off marks, stains and prints on windows, mirrors and glass surfaces.

If you have NOT ordered departure cleaning, complete the seven points above. In addition, you perform the twenty points below.

 

  1. Wipe out microwave, stove, oven incl. plates and fan filters.
  2. The kitchen table, sink, cutting board and relief surfaces are wiped down.
  3. Clean toilet seat, sink, shower, shower walls including water trap and mirrors.
  4. Wipe faucets and other shiny surfaces from stains.
  5. Clean sauna door & floor. Fold up the seating surface and clean underneath. Empty sauna bucket.
  6. Air and shake all bedding. Fold up neatly and neatly.
  7. Bed with bedspread if available.
  8. Take out and shake all carpets.
  9. Wipe down doors and handles.
  10. Wipe down the hat shelf and shoe rack.
  11. Vacuum in and under sofas and beds.
  12. Vacuum and wet dry all floors.
  13. Clean drying cabinets if available.
  14. Check that all windows and doors are closed and locked.
  15. Clean patio.
  16. Leave the water, heat and water heater set as when you arrived.
  17. Do not turn off the water unless it is expressly stated in the cabin that it must be done.
  18. Present the cabin folder/stay information and turn off all the lights before you leave.
  19. If possible, leave the entrance lighting on when you leave the accommodation.
  20. Inform Lofsdalen Home if any cleaning material is missing or about to run out.


All accommodations are checked after departure.
Deficient cleaning is charged from SEK 995 and up, depending on the nature of the deficiency and the time required for action based on the assessment of Lofsdalen Home's staff responsible for this.
Lofsdalen Home's assessment of deficiencies and necessary measures has priority of interpretation.
All deficiencies are documented in both image and text before action for accounting purposes.

Any damage and/or broken goods are documented and reported to the landlord.
