Pet-free and newly built mountain villa with sauna and panoramic views! There are 14 beds, two living rooms with 75” TVs, fully equipped kitchen and large south-facing terrace. Only 50 m to cross-country skiing trails and 500 m to snowmobile trails. Perfect for families and groups who want comfort, privacy and close to mountain experiences!

The space

Newly built house on two floors that is perfect for groups or larger families. The house is secluded with over 200 meters to the next neighbor. The house has a large terrace and balcony facing south. A complete travel cot for children is available, as well as high chairs, children's tableware, stools, toaring and gates.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with large kitchen island, beer and wine cooler, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven and microwave with oven function.

Living room: Open plan living room adjacent to the kitchen with large dining area and sofa area. 75 inch TV. Large balcony adjacent to the living room and kitchen.

Bathroom: The house has two bathrooms with shower and toilet, as well as another separate toilet. On the lower level (entrance floor) there is the separate toilet and a bathroom with sauna. In the sauna there is a large window with a panoramic view. On the upper level there is a bathroom.

Bedrooms: The house has 16 beds spread over 7 bedrooms. All bedrooms have wardrobes. In the bedrooms with bunk beds there are pull-out drawers for storage.

Entrance floor
Bedroom 1 - double bed 180 cm.
Bedroom 2 - bunk bed, upper bed 90 cm, lower bed 120 cm. One single bed 90 cm.
Bedroom 3 - bunk bed, upper bed 90 cm, lower bed 120 cm.
Bedroom 4 - bunk bed, upper bed 90 cm, lower bed 120 cm.

Upper floor
Bedroom 5 - double bed 160 cm.
Bedroom 6 - bunk bed, upper bed 90 cm, lower bed 120 cm. One single bed 120 cm.

Entrance floor: The entrance floor has two entrances. One to the utility room, and one to a spacious hall. In the hall there is a guest toilet and a large wardrobe with hanging space. To the left is a relaxation room with a sofa group and a 75-inch TV.

Upper floor: On the upper floor there is a 70-square-meter area that houses the living room, dining table and kitchen. Here too there is a 75-inch TV. From the living room there is a door out to the balcony.

On the upper floor, you as a guest have also have access to storage space, as well as additional bedrooms.

Guest access

The entire accommodation except the garage is included in this booking. Feel at home.


The neighborhood

The house is located in the Uppvallen area, 50 meters from the cross-country ski trail and 500 meters from the access road for the snowmobile trail. The ski lift and the village center with shops and restaurants are about 3-5 km by car.

House rules

Smoking and pets are prohibited in the cabin.

Cleaning
To give you the freedom to decide for yourself about your stay, cleaning is not included in the accommodation. Instead, we offer a clear checklist that you will receive before arrival, so that you can easily take care of this on your own if you wish.

After each stay, we carry out a cleaning check. If the cleaning does not meet basic standards, this is documented and an additional fee may apply.

If you prefer not to have to worry about cleaning upon departure, it is possible to book a departure cleaning. You can do this easily via the booking form - the link is in your booking confirmation.

Bed linen
Bed linen is not included in the basic booking, as we want to give you the opportunity to choose whether you want to bring your own or book extra.

If you want to supplement with bed linen afterwards, that is perfectly fine - in your booking confirmation you will find a link to the form for this.

Parkering
Parking is only allowed in the property's parking lot in front of the garage.
For larger groups, parking in Lofsdalen village is recommended.

Remember, you are staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Treat the accommodation with respect. If problems arise, please contact customer service who will do their best to help you as soon as possible.

Allt var bra, huset passar perfekt till ett stort sällskap och alla fick till och med plats vid matbordet, vilket brukar vara sällsynt. Stort plus för det. Perfekt med en extra ingång till tvättstugan där man kunde ta av alla blöta kläder, hjälmar och skor. Samt torkskåp. Det enda svåra var väl parkeringen då vi hade 4 bilar och alla med släpvagn. Har man bara bil eller endast en vagn är det inga större problem. Men vi lyckades lösa det ändå och använde mest skotrarna under vistelsen istället för bil, då det gick åka med dom direkt i anslutning från huset. Annars fanns inget att klaga på. Rekommenderar starkt huset om ni är många och vill kunna umgås tillsammans. Det är perfekt om man vill åka skidor på vintern.

Vår familj i tre generationer firade min mammas 80 årsdag i detta fina hus. Smart planerat hus för att vara många och i olika åldrar. Huset lämpade sig väl för både socialt umgänge och enskilda stunder. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hus och vi kommer gärna åter.
