The space

The apartment is 80 square meters and is located a stone's throw from restaurants, a swimming area and a grocery store to provide comfort all year round.

Kitchen: Equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and waffle iron - everything you need for self-catering.

Bathroom: A shower and toilet. Washing machine and underfloor heating.

Bedroom 1: Bright room with two IKEA stackable beds 200 cm long, 80 cm wide.

Bedroom 2: Bright room with four IKEA stackable beds 200 cm long, 80 cm wide.

In total, these beds can sleep six people.

Living room: Large living room with TV, sofa bed for two people, armchairs and table for cozy evenings

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment including parking space. Private storage is the exception.

The apartment is within walking distance of restaurants, swimming area, grocery store and
recycling station. The lifts are about 1000 meters away.

Lofsdalen is known for its scenic mountain environment, nice cross-country trails, fishing and newly built mountain bike park and peaceful surroundings.

- Smoking is not allowed.

- Pets allowed, but please keep extra supervision.

- No parties or events.

- Leave the apartment in a clean condition.

- Only booked guests are allowed to stay overnight.

- Private parking space directly at the house.

- Private storage is available but is not available to guests.

- Woodshed is available. As a guest, you can either bring wood, or buy it at ICA.

Bra och prisvärt boende centralt i Lofsdalen med gångavstånd till service, restauranger och Lofssjön. Hade dock önskat att pris för städning framgått tydligare i samband med bokningen, vilket är det enda negativa jag har att framföra.
