Sammanfattning

Pet-free cozy cabin on on 30 square meters and four floors. Each floor is cleverly planned to provide maximum comfort. The cabin comes with kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedrooms and loft. There is WiFi, dishwasher, drying rack, microwave and parking. The cabin is located close to the lake to go fishing both during summers and winters. The many floors create a spacious feeling despite the small area, perfect for families, couples or smaller groups who want both privacy and common areas.

The space

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Living room: With dinner table, sofa and TV.

Bathroom: Shower and WC.

There are three bedrooms in the cabin.

Bedroom 1 - one double bed.

Bedroom 2 - one bunk bed.

Bedroom 3 (loft) - two single beds.

Other: Nice south-facing patio with a view of the lake. Parking is available next to the cabin.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire cottage including all four floors, the parking lot and the common outdoor areas. WiFi, kitchen, living room, bathroom and all bedrooms are included in the stay.


The neighborhood

Västvallen is one of Lofsdalen's most appreciated areas, known for its peaceful atmosphere, proximity to nature and the genuine mountain landscape that surrounds the entire area.

Here you live in the middle of the forest but still close to everything — a perfect balance between privacy and accessibility.

Right outside the door, untouched pine moors, gentle paths and beautiful views that change with the seasons await.

In winter, the area transforms into a paradise for both cross-country and downhill skiing.

Snowmobile trails and cross-country tracks pass nearby, and the family-friendly Lofsdalen alpine ski system is just a short car or bus ride away.

In Lofsdalen's small center there are restaurants, cafes, a sports shop, a grocery store, a gym and the popular activity facility Lofsdalen Skybar — Sweden's highest skybar with a view that must be experienced.

House rules

- Smoking is not allowed.

- No pets allowed

- Please be considerate of neighbors and the nature around the house.


Other things to note

- WiFi is available in the cabin.

- Drying rack available.

- Smartly planned cabin with many floors - not recommended for people with difficulty climbing stairs.

- Parking is available directly at the house.

- There are no gates for the stairs, and the gap between the slats towards the kitchen is too large. Small children can get in between.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in dem zwar sehr kleinen, aber sehr süßen Häuschen. Die Kommunikation war super und uns wurde immer sehr schnell geholfen. Als es ein Missverständnis gab, wurde uns netterweise sehr entgegengekommen. Leider waren wir gerade noch so außerhalb der Saison um Boote auszuleihen, was wir vorher nicht wussten und konnten daher in der Gegend „nur“ wandern. Aber die Natur in der Umgebung ist unglaublich schön und es gibt super Wanderwege. Das Häuschen liegt nicht so einsam, wie es auf den Fotos erscheint und auch der Trampelpfad zum See führt an einem anderen Haus vorbei. Es liegt zwar sehr nah am See, aber in zweiter Reihe. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
