The space

The house offers stunning views of Mount Hovärken and an unbeatable location: the cross-country ski trail is only 50 meters away, Uppvallen’s trail center is 250 meters away, and the snowmobile trail starts 300 meters from the cabin – ideal for both winter and summer activities.

The lodge is 90 m² with a spacious 60 m² terrace featuring a grill area. Inside, you’ll find a cozy wood-burning stove, fiber/WiFi, and a modern, fully equipped interior for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The open floor plan combines kitchen, dining area, and living room into a perfect social hub.
Upstairs, a cozy loft provides a second living area with sofa and TV – ideal for kids or a quiet evening retreat.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes:

- Oven, induction stove, and microwave

- Dishwasher

- Refrigerator and freezer

- Coffee maker and electric kettle

- Ample counter space and storage

Next to the kitchen is a large dining area with seating for the whole group, opening directly onto the terrace.

Bathroom
The lodge has one modern bathroom with shower, toilet, heated floors, and sauna.

The bright wooden finishes and clean Scandinavian design make it both functional and elegant.

Bedrooms
- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): Double bed 160 cm wide.

- Bedroom 2 (ground floor): Family bunk bed with upper bunk 80 cm and lower bunk 120 cm.

- Bedroom 3 (upper floor): Two single beds 90 cm wide each.

- Bedroom 4 (loft): Sofa bed for two 140 cm wide.

All rooms are decorated in calm, natural colors with comfortable beds and blackout curtains for a good night’s rest.

Hallway
A welcoming entrance with bench, hooks and ample storage for wet ski or hiking clothes – perfect after a day outdoors.

Living Room
The heart of the home – featuring a large corner sofa, wood-burning fireplace, TV, and panoramic windows with mountain views.

The open plan connects seamlessly to the kitchen and dining area, creating a social and cozy atmosphere.

On the loft level, you’ll also find an additional sofa and TV area, ideal for children or movie nights.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire house, terrace and grill area. Private parking is available next to the cabin, and ski trails, hiking paths and nature start just a few steps away.
